Compare the three plans
| Plan | Monthly subscription | One-time implementation | Best fit |
|---|---|---|---|
| DIY / Chatbot Essentials | $99.99 | Optional; offered separately at checkout | You configure and maintain your chatbot |
| AI Growth System | $297 | $1,995 | You want implementation and limited management |
| AI Business Autopilot | $597 | $4,995 | You want the broader system and more ongoing management |
Subscriptions have a 12-month minimum initial term. Growth and Autopilot implementation fees are one-time charges in addition to the subscription. The optional DIY setup service does not turn the $99.99 subscription into an ongoing managed plan.
What the chatbot package covers
The core package covers website messaging, Facebook Messenger and Instagram messaging through one conversations inbox. You connect the channels you use, supply approved business information and decide when a person takes over. AI usage has plan-specific limits; the base subscription should not be treated as unlimited AI.
Before launch, confirm your response allowance and what happens when it is reached. Phone/SMS usage, voice agents and email automation are separate from the core messaging offer. Broader plans can add those capabilities and other CRM tools; the actual scope and usage charges are shown during purchase and onboarding.
What does setup pay for?
Implementation is the work needed to make the system useful for your business: collecting your FAQs, preparing the knowledge base, configuring the conversation, connecting approved channels, testing answers and showing you how to use the inbox. It is not the same charge as maintaining access to the platform.
For a simple business, write down your opening hours, service area, booking process, five common questions and the situations that require a human. For a more involved system, also map the call routing, follow-up rules, calendars, staff roles and existing integrations. That extra configuration is why the broader plans have different implementation fees.
Choose DIY when you have time to own the setup
DIY suits a business with a clear FAQ, someone who can add a website widget and an owner who will review conversations. Work through the website chatbot setup checklist before buying. If you later want help with implementation, the separate setup option is available without automatically changing the monthly plan.
Choose Growth or Autopilot for a broader system
Growth adds implementation and limited management to the broader CRM and automation service. Autopilot is for businesses that want more management and a larger operating scope. Tell us which channels, calendars and tasks you actually need so the purchased plan can be configured correctly.
