Ylopo pricing in 2026: what you actually pay (and what a chatbot covers instead)

By Chatbot Solutions ยท Updated October 16, 2026

Ylopo does not publish a price. Its own pricing page says a real number requires a demo, so every dollar figure in circulation is a third-party estimate. This page collects the dated 2026 figures, labels each one by source, and states plainly what could not be verified — then sets the whole stack against what a done-for-you website chatbot costs, because the two are not doing the same job.

What Ylopo actually publishes about pricing

Short answer: no rate card. As of October 2026 the Ylopo pricing page carries no dollar figures at all — three plan cards (Solo, Growing Team, Complete) each lead to a quote request or an ROI calculator instead of a number. Ylopo’s own FAQ answers “Why isn’t there a price listed on this page?” by saying a flat sticker would overcharge the solo agent or underdeliver for the team doing real volume.

Three things Ylopo does state officially, and they are structural rather than financial:

That is the entire official pricing record. Everything below it is third-party, and we label it as such.

Why the headline number is the wrong number

Ylopo is an ad-driven lead generation system. The platform fee buys the machinery — a branded IDX home-search website, dynamic Facebook remarketing (DARE), AI text and voice nurture, and the Mission Control dashboard — and that machinery needs ad budget to produce anything. Without spend, the websites and the AI have nothing to work.

So the real comparison is never “$295 versus $99.99.” Reported all-in totals, which stack platform + ad spend + CRM, land at roughly $1,364–$2,100/month for a solo agent and $2,100–$3,600/month for a small team running the AI add-on (Luxury Presence, May 2026, reported estimates). At the top of the reported range, monthly ad spend alone is more than the entire annual cost of a done-for-you chatbot subscription.

The stack tax: Ylopo is not a CRM

Ylopo does not include a CRM, and you cannot simply skip that line. Reported product requirements put AI Voice behind Follow Up Boss specifically, while AI Text is reported to work with a broader set (LionDesk, Firepoint, Sierra Interactive, Lofty, Zoho). Follow Up Boss publishes $69 per user per month on Grow, $499 per month on Pro and $1,000 per month on Platform.

This is the cost component nobody totals up before the demo call, and it is not on Ylopo’s pricing page. Ask for it as a line item.

What we could not verify

We would rather show you the holes than invent a number.

If any of those matter to your decision, get the answer in writing on the demo call.

Ylopo vs a website chatbot: different jobs, not competitors

This is where the comparison usually goes wrong. Ylopo AI is a lead nurture system. It texts and calls people who are already in your database or who arrived through your ads, qualifies them, and live-transfers the ones ready to talk. Reported calling windows are Monday to Saturday 8am–8pm and Sunday 9am–8pm. It is a follow-up machine for leads you paid for.

A website chatbot answers the visitor who is on your site right now — whether 42 Elm is still available, what the HOA fee is, whether a Saturday showing is possible — and it answers the same way in Facebook Messenger and Instagram DMs. Different moment in the funnel. What the two share is the qualification script and the handoff to a calendar.

What a done-for-you chatbot covers

One custom-trained assistant for your website, Facebook Messenger and Instagram, built from your approved information — listings, areas, process, hours, financing basics, showing rules — with human takeover when a conversation needs you and an honest no-live-MLS boundary when availability has not been confirmed. Setup, training and channel connection are done for you on Growth and Autopilot. We do not generate leads, we do not run ads, and we do not replace your CRM.

Questions to ask on the Ylopo demo call

  1. Which plan maps to the reported $295–$500 range, and what exactly moves the number up?
  2. Is the setup fee one-time, waivable on an annual commitment, or split across invoices — and how much is it today?
  3. Is there a percentage fee on top of my ad budget, and what is the minimum monthly ad spend you recommend for my market?
  4. Which CRM am I required to run underneath, and does the AI Voice requirement change it?
  5. What is the notice period to cancel, and where is it written?

Walk in with the reported ranges on paper. A gated price is a negotiation, not a reveal.
